Hankinnan kohteena on Kansaneläkelaitoksen (Kela) tai sen rahastojen kautta omistamien kiinteistöjen ja osakehuoneistojen kiinteistöarviointipalvelut sekä toimeksiantoihin liittyvät konsultointipalvelut Pohjoisella arviointialueella. Kiinteistöarvioinnin kohteena voivat olla osakehuoneistot, rakennukset, kiinteistöt ja tontit sekä rakennusoikeus. Pääsääntöisesti kiinteistöarvioinnin tehtävänä on markkina-arvon tai markkinavuokran määrittäminen toteutuneisiin kauppahintoihin (markkinalähestymistapa) tai tuottoon (tuottolähestymistapa) perustuen.
