Hankinnan kohteena ovat seuraavat palvelut: * Kelan suurtehoskannereiden huoltopalvelu. * Toimittajan ylläpitämä tilausportaali huoltotilausten tekemiseen * Palvelun aloitushuolto. Huoltopalveluja koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Kela tekee valitun palveluntuottajan kanssa sopimuksen huoltopalvelujen toimittamisesta. Sopimus on voimassa ensin määräaikaisena 30.10.2027 saakka. Tämän jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Sopimus tulee voimaan molempien sopijapuolien allekirjoituksesta.
