Description

Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen toimisto- ja koulutarvikkeista, kouluvihkoista ja kalentereista tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti sopimuskaudelle 01.08.2026 - 31.07.2028 + yhden (1) + yhden (1) vuoden optio. Kilpailutus ei koske seuraavia tarvikkeita: Kopiopapereita ja -kartonkeja, atk-laitteita, av-laitteita, kertakäyttöastioita, värikasetteja, kahvitarvikkeita, toimiston puhdistuksen/huollon tarvikkeita, joista on olemassa erilliset sopimukset. Tavaran/laitteen tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Kohdetta koskevat vaatimukset on esitetty tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
