Ostettavat palvelut: - Oulun yliopistokonsernin tilinpäätös (konserni tilintarkastuksessa mukana Oulun yliopisto, Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy ja Oulun yliopiston tukisäätiö sr) - Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy tilinpäätös, sisältäen OKM:n taloushallinnon koodiston vaatimukset - Oulun yliopisto tilinpäätös, sisältäen OKM:n taloushallinnon koodiston vaatimukset - Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy hanketarkastukset - Oulun yliopisto hanketarkastukset - Oulun yliopiston tukisäätiön sr tilinpäätöstarkastus Täydentävät palvelut Ostettavat palvelut: - Arvonlisäverotus erityisasiantuntija, yleinen neuvonta, henkilöstökoulutukset ja kansainvälisen arvonlisäverotuksen käytännön selvittelytyö - EVL erityisasiantuntija, yleinen neuvonta, henkilöstökoulutukset ja kansainvälisen verotuksen käytännön selvittelytyö Hankinnan kohteena olleet palvelut on esitetty tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Asiantuntijoille asetetut vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu liitteessä "Nimetyt asiantuntijat". Hankinnan ennakoitu laajuus/sopimuskausi on 1755 htp. Hankintayksikkö pidättää oikeuden kilpailuttaa erikseen tarkastukset esim. yhteishankkeissa (Oulun yliopistokonserniin kuuluvan ja ulkopuolisen tahon yhteishanke), mikäli tarkastuksen toteuttaminen sitä edellyttää. Hanketarkastukset sopimuskaudella hankintayksikön tarpeen mukaan.
