Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Amazon Web Service (AWS) -pilvipalveluiden hankinta Istekin käytöön. Hankintasopimuksen tavoitteena on Hankinnan kohteena ovat julkipilvipalvelut Amazon Web Services (myöhemmin AWS) -julkipilvipalvelu IaaS-, PaaS- ja SaaS-palveluna Istekin- ja sen omistaja-asiakkaiden käyttöön. Hankintaan kuuluu AWS-julkipilivipalveluun liittyvät asiantuntijapalvelut. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tilaaja valitsee yhden (1) toimittajan, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Hankintasopimusta tulee käyttämään ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja syntyvän sopimuksen osapuolina ovat ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja valittu Toimittaja. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Istekin asiakkaat eivät ole tämän kilpailutuksen tai sen perusteella tehtävän hankintasopimuksen sopijapuolia. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta.
