Tarjouspyyntö perustuu Hansel Oy:n perustamaan dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään ''Tietoliikennelaitteet 2021-2025 (DPS)''. LapIT Oy pyysi tarjouksia tietoliikenneverkon laitteista tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena olevien tuotteiden ja palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset oli kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tämä hankinta koskee sopimuskautta. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo sopimuskaudella: 150 000 - 250 000 EUR.
