Oulun kaupunki, Konsernihallinto, Digi ja ICT -yksikkö (jäljempänä myös "tilaajat") pyytää tarjoustanne Tietoliikennepalveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta sisältää kaksi ryhmää: 1) Alueverkko ja yhteys Internetiin 2) LAN, WLAN ja tietoliikenneydin Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhteen tai molempiin osatarjousryhmiin. Hankinnan tarkempi sisältö on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Alueverkko ja yhteys Internettiin on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteissä liite 2 "Alueverkko ja yhteys Internettiin Palvelukuvaus sekä liite 10 tietoliikennepalvelut nyky- ja tavoitetila".; LAN, WLAN ja tietoliikenneydin on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteissä liite 2 "LAN, WLAN ja tietoliikenneydin Palvelukuvaus ja liite 10 tietoliikennepalveluiden nyky- ja tavoitetila".
