Description

Espoon Asunnot Oy tarvitsee kokonaisvaltaisen ICT-palvelun. Kokonaisvaltaisuudella tarkoitetaan kumppanuutta, jossa valittu tarjoaja vastaa Espoon Asunnot Oy:n laite- ja tietojärjestelmä ympäristön teknisestä hallinnoinnista sekä päivittäisestä käyttäjätuesta (lähi- ja etätuki). Palveluntuottaja toimii ympäristön pääasiallisena ylläpitäjänä ja kehittäjänä sekä tuo aktiivisesti esiin säästömahdollisuuksia, toimintatapojen parannuksia ja teknisiä kehitysehdotuksia. Kilpailutettavat ICT tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut sekä palvelinkapasiteettipalvelu kattavat tuen työasemille sekä tilaajan jo olemassa olevalle laitekannalle, sekä palvelinalustan tilaajan palvelinohjelmistoille. Kilpailutukseen sisältyy nykyisten käytössä olevien palvelinten siirto ja hallinnointi Azure-pilvipalveluympäristöön sellaisten palvelinten osalta, joiden siirto ympäristöön on mahdollista. Hankintayksikkö on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Hankintayksikön kuvaus ja hankinta liitteessä 1.2 Vaatimusmääritys.
