Description

Hankinnan kohteena on konttikuljetuspalvelut Puolustusvoimille ja Rajavartiolaitokselle (Hankintayksikkö). Konttien kuljettaminen asiakkaan ilmoittamasta paikasta asiakkaan osoittamaan paikkaan Suomessa, Ruotsissa ja Norjassa. Purku- ja lastaustoimet vastaanottajan ja lähettäjän vastuulla, ellei tilauksessa toisin määritetä. Kaikki tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt kuljetukset sisältävät kaupallista materiaalia, jotka voidaan kuljettaa nykyisellään Ahvenanmaan aluevesillä. Tuotantoaikana mahdollisesti poikkeavat operatiiviset kuljetukset, jotka eivät ole kuljetettavissa Ahvenanmaan aluevesillä, hinnoitellaan erikseen puitesopimustoimijoiden kesken minikilpailuttamalla. Tarjouskilpailun perusteella muodostettiin puitejärjestely, johon valittiin kaksi (2) puitesopimustoimittajaa. Puitejärjestelyssä noudatetaan ennalta määrättyä etusijajärjestystä. Kilpailutuksen perusteella Hankintayksikön ja valittujen Tarjoajien välille solmittiin neljä (4) vuotta voimassa oleva puitesopimus. Sopimus tuli Hankintayksikön kaikkien hallintoyksiköiden käyttöön. Sopimuksen perusteella kuljetetaan puolustusvoimien ja muiden maiden asevoimien omistamia kontteja sekä myös yksityisen sektorin omistamia kontteja, kun ne liittyvät Puolustusvoimien toimintaan. Kontit voivat olla mm. 20” ja 40” yleisrahtikontteja, koukkutartunnalla ja/tai vaijerivetolaitteilla varustettuja kontteja, puolustusvoimien järjestelmäkontteja, vaarallisten aineiden kuljetuksiin soveltuvia rahti- ja/tai säiliökontteja, lavakontteja, kylmäkontteja yms. Tilauksista arviolta 80 % koskee Suomessa tapahtuvaa kuljettamista, ja 20 % Suomen, Ruotsin ja Norjan välillä tapahtuvaa kuljettamista.
