Inarin kunnan kunnanhallituksen henkilökuljetukset vuosille 2027-2028 Tarjouspyyntö koskee kunnanhallituksen, kunnan henkilöstön ja luottamushenkilöiden henkilökuljetuksia, sekä kunnan järjestämiä muita henkilökuljetuksia, jollaisia voivat olla koulutus- ja edustustilaisuudet pääasiassa kotimaassa, mutta myös Pohjoismaissa. Hankinta koskee vuosia 2027-2028, ja hankintaan sisältyy mahdollisuus optioon vuosille 2029-2030. Kuljetettavien lukumäärä on yleensä 10-15 tai noin 35 henkilöä. Tarjous tulee tehdä tarjouslomakkeella pyydetyssä muodossa. Tarjouksessa tulee esittää liikennöinnin hinta euroa/km (0 % alv.) ja arvio kokonaishinnasta koko sopimuskaudella. Hintavertailun pisteytys tehdään ilmoitetun euroa/km (ilman alv.) hinnan mukaan. Tarjotun hinnan tulee olla voimassa koko sopimuskauden ajan. Tarjousten tulee täyttää kaikki pakolliset laatukriteerit. Mikäli kaikki pakolliset laatuvaatimukset eivät täyty, tarjous ei ole tarjouspyynnön mukainen. Tarjouksen liitteenä tulee toimittaa:- tilaajavastuulain mukaiset selvitykset - jäljennös liikennöintiin oikeuttavasta luvasta - reitin liikennöintiin ehdotettavien ajoneuvojen rekisteröintitodistukset ja selvitys kaluston päästöluokista - todistukset käytettävien kuljettajien ammatillisesta pätevyydestä (jäljennös ammattipätevyyskortista tai jäljennös ajokortista, josta käy ilmi erityisehto ammattipätevyydestä) Tarjousten arviointi tapahtuu seuraavasti: 1. Tarjoajien kelpoisuuden arviointi 2. Tarjousten tarjouspyynnön mukaisuuden arviointi. Vertailusta suljetaan pois tarjous, jos siinä ei ole vastattu kaikkiin tarjouspyynnössä esitettyihin pakollisiin kysymyksiin tai jos tarjottu palvelu ei täytä sille asetettuja soveltuvuusvaatimuksia. 3.
