Der Wohlfahrtsbezirk West-Uusimaa laedt Bewerber ein, Antraege auf Teilnahme an einem Verhandlungsverfahren fuer die Beschaffung von Mietraeumlichkeiten fuer eine Senioreneinheit in Kirkkonummi einzureichen. Die Einheit umfasst sowohl gemeinschaftliches Wohnen als auch rund um die Uhr betreutes Wohnen, wobei alle Wohnungen und Raeume so geplant sind, dass beide Wohnformen moeglich sind. Die Raeumlichkeiten sind fuer aeltere Menschen vorgesehen, von denen viele an Demenz leiden. Die Raumlsgungen muessen sicheres Bewegen, Orientierung und gemeinschaftliches Alltagsleben unterstuetzen, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Klarheit, Wohnlichkeit und gute Ueberwachbarkeit. Gesucht wird ein Hauptverantwortlicher Lieferant. Die Teilnahmeantraege sind bis 9. September 2026 einzureichen, die Vergabeentscheidung wird fuer 2027 erwartet.
