Maintenance building for the Rajakylä sports park

The City of Vantaa is procuring the construction of a new maintenance building for the Rajakylä sports park at Rajakentäntie 3, 01280 Vantaa, Finland. The works involve a new single-storey, concrete-structured maintenance building with a gross floor area of approximately 280 brm2. The contract is a general contracting (turnkey) arrangement in which the contractor acts as main contractor and implementer, holds site management responsibility and is responsible for site services. The contracting authority separately procures a building automation contractor at its own cost. The target schedule runs from October 2026 to June 2027, and tenderers may propose an alternative completion schedule. HVAC plans will be added to the tender documents by 21 September 2026, including a clarification on floor drain types.
