Description

Hankinnan kohteena ovat ylläpitosiivouspalvelut oululaisen vuokratalokonserni Sivakan kiinteistöissä ajalla 1.4.2026 - 31.3.2026, jonka jälkeen sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa kolmen (3) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla 31.3.2031 saakka. Päätöksen sopimuksen jatkosta tekee tilaaja. Sivakka konserniin kuuluu kolme yhtiötä: Oulun Sivakka Oy, Oulun Tervatalot Oy ja Sivakka-yhtymä Oy. Sopimus solmitaan jokaisen yhtiön kanssa. Hankinta on jaettu maantieteellisesti kahteen osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Haukipudas ja Kellon Kiviniemi Osa-alue 2: Herukka, Pateniemi, Rajakylä, Tuira, Puolivälinkangas ja Pikisaari Tarjoaja voi tarjota molempia osa-alueita tai vain jompaa kumpaa osa-aluetta. Siivottavat tilat ovat asuinkerrostalojen ja pientalojen porraskäytävä-, hissi-, sauna- ja kerhotiloja, pyykkitupia sekä urheiluväline- ja lastenvaunuvarastoja. Asuinhuoneistojen siivoukset eivät sisälly tähän hankintaan. Sopimus solmitaan yhden palveluntuottajan kanssa/osa-alue. Hankintaan sisältyvät siivouskohteet sijoittuvat Oulun kaupungin Haukiputaan ja Kellon Kiviniemen alueelle.; Hankintaan sisältyvät siivouskohteet sijoittuvat Oulun kaupungin Herukan, Pateniemen, Rajakylän, Tuiran, Puolivälinkankaan ja Pikisaaren alueelle.
