Description

Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen uimahalli Liprakan siivouspalvelusta sopimuskaudelle 1.9.2026 - 31.8.2027 + jatkuen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Mikäli Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi irtisanoo sopimuksen viimeistään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen sopimuskauden päättymistä, sopimus päättyy 31.8.2027. Jos sopimusta ei irtisanota päättymään sopimuskauden päättyessä, sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana kuuden (6) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Tarjoajilla on mahdollisuus tutustua siivottavaan kohteeseen tarjousaikana. Tutustumistilaisuus järjestetään 27.5.2026 klo 9.00 alkaen. Tutustumistilaisuuteen tulee ilmoittautua Laura Kiirikille sähköpostitse laura.kiirikki@liperi.fi viimeistään 26.5.2026 klo 12.00 mennessä. Tutustumistilaisuutta ei järjestetä, mikäli määräaikaan mennessä tutustumistilaisuuteen ei tule yhtään ilmoittautumista. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen.
