This joint procurement covers temporary staffing services in the social and healthcare sector. Through the framework, customers can lease work performed by healthcare professionals such as general practitioners, specialist physicians, nurses, public health nurses, dentists, specialist dentists, dental hygienists, physiotherapists and practical nurses, as well as other social and healthcare professionals. The leased staff work under the direction and supervision of the customer. Hansel Oy's customers organise call-offs through internal competitions among accepted candidates, which may take place throughout the procurement phase. Agreements can remain valid for a maximum of five years. The estimated total value is at most EUR 300,000,000 excluding VAT. An electronic auction may be used in internal competitions.
