DYNAAMISEN HANKINTAJÄRJESTELMÄN KOHDE Tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) kohteena ovat turvakalusteet ja niihin liittyviä palvelut Hansel Oy:n asiakkaille. Dynaamisenhankintajärjestelmän kautta hankittavia turvakalusteita ovat: • Kassa-, paloturva- ja avainkaapit • Asekaapit • Palosuojatut arkistolaatikostot • Dataturvakaapit • Vaate- ja lokerokaapit • Edellä mainittuihin tuotteisiin liittyvät lisätarvikkeet ja -laitteet. DPS:llä hankittaviin tuotteisiin liittyviä palveluita ovat: • Konsultointi- ja suunnittelupalvelu • Asennuspalvelu • Takuuhuoltopalvelu • Ennakko- ja korjaushuoltopalvelu sekä korjaustyö • Vanhan tuotteen noutopalvelu • Kierrätyspalvelu • Koulutus- ja lisäkoulutus DPS:n kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä "Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde". DPS:n keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. DPS on voimassa hankintailmoituksessa ilmoitettuun päivään asti, ellei sitä keskeytetä tai muuteta DPS:n voimassaollessa. Hansel Oy:n asiakkaat toteuttavat hankinnat DPS:ään hyväksyttyjen ehdokkaiden kesken DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, jotka voivat ajoittua DPS:n koko hankintavaiheen ajalle. DPS:n hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen 10.6.2026 ja päättyy DPS:n voimassaoloajan päättyessä. Hankintasopimuksen kesto voi olla enintään kahdeksan (8) vuotta ja se voi olla voimassa enintään 31.12.2034 saakka. Tilaukset tulee toimittaa viimeistään kuuden (6) kuukauden kuluessa hankintasopimuksen päättymisestä. Edellisestä poiketen hankintasopimus voi olla voimassa enintään kymmenen (10) vuotta dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän päättymisestä siltä osin kuin dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteena oleviin tuotteisiin hankitaan tämän dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteena olevia palveluita, kuten korjaushuoltopalveluita. DYNAAMISEN HANKINTAJÄRJESTELMÄN LAAJUUS Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ennakoitu kokonaisarvo on enintään 20 000 000 euroa (ilman arvonlisäveroa). SÄHKÖKÖINEN HUUTOKAUPPA Sähköistä huutokauppaa voidaan käyttää DPS:n sisäisissä kilpailutuksissa.
