Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Alva-yhtiöt -konsernin kiinteistöissään käyttämän sähköenergian hankinta. Hankintaan ei sisälly häviösähkö eikä voimalaitosten omakäyttösähkö. Käyttökohteet ovat Alva-yhtiöiden kiinteistöjä, pumppaamoja, sähköasemia ym. käyttöpaikkoja. Toimitus kattaa sähköenergian avoimen toimituksen ja hinnansuojauksiin liittyvän salkunhoitopalvelun. Muutamiin käyttöpaikkoihin varataan mahdollisuus hankkia sähköenergia pelkästään spot-toimituksena ilman hinnansuojauspalvelua. Lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy optiona uusiutuvan sähkön alkuperätodistusten välityspalvelu. Sopimukseen voidaan lisätä tai siitä voidaan poistaa käyttöpaikkoja normaalin vaihtuvuuden puitteissa. Sähköenergian arvioitu tarve on noin 21,3 GWh vuodessa ja sähkönkäyttöpaikkoja on yhteensä 414 kappaletta. Kaikki esitetyt volyymit ovat arviota, eikä tilaaja sitoudu niiden mukaisiin hankintamääriin. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä on tarkempaa tietoa sähkönkäytöstä. Sopimuskausi on 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2029. Lisäksi sopimukseen sisältyy yhden vuoden jatko-optio 1.1.-31.12.2030 molempien osapuolten hyväksynnällä.
