Description

Rakennuskohde käsittää Vimpelin Invest Oy:n tehdas- ja toimitilahankkeen rakentamisen oheisten urakkalaskenta-asiapaperien mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena olevaan uudisrakennukseen tullaan sijoittamaan tuotanto- ja toimisto-tilat. Lisäksi rakennukseen tulee sosiaalitilat, väestönsuojatilat sekä ruokala. Urakkamuotona on jaettu urakka, jossa rakennusteknistentöiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Maanrakennustyöt, putki- ja maalämpöurakka, ilmastointi- ja automaatiourakka sekä sähköurakka suoritetaan pääurakoitsijalle alistettuina sivu-urakoina RT 80271 alistamissopimuksen mukaisesti. Sivu-urakat ilmoitetaan erillisin hankintailmoituksin.
