Description

Rakennuskohde käsittää Vimpelin Invest Oy:n tehdas- ja toimitilahankkeen rakentamisen oheisten urakkalaskenta-asiapaperien mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena olevaan uudisrakennukseen tullaan sijoittamaan tuotanto- ja toimisto-tilat. Lisäksi rakennukseen tulee sosiaalitilat, väestönsuojatilat sekä ruokala. Urakkamuotona on jaettu urakka, jossa rakennusteknistentöiden urakoitsija toimii pääura-koitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Maanrakennustyöt, putki- ja maa-lämpöurakka, ilmastointi- ja automaatiourakka sekä sähköurakka suoritetaan pääurakoitsi-jalle alistettuina sivu-urakoina RT 80271 alistamissopimuksen mukaisesti. Tämän ilmoituksen mukainen maanrakennuksen urakkahankinta käsittää jaetun urakan sivu-urakan, jonka ennakoitu arvo ylittää lain 1397/2016 25 §:ssä säädetyn kansallisen kynnysarvon (Rakennusurakat) 150.000,00 € (ALV 0 %), mutta alittaa lain 1397/2016 26 §:ssä säädetyn EU-kynnysarvon (Rakennusurakat) 5.404.000,00 € (ALV 0 %).
