Description

Hankinnan kohteena ovat Lahden kaupungin ajoneuvojen leasing- ja huoltopalvelut, mukaan lukien rengaspalvelut, mahdolliset vakuutuspalvelut sekä ajoneuvokannan hallinta. Hankinnalla tavoitellaan kokonaisuutta, joka palvelee kaupungin ajoneuvotarpeita kustannustehokkaasti ja vastuullisesti. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, sillä hankinnan sisällön katsotaan muodostavan kokonaisuuden, jonka jakaminen osiin hankintayksikön toimesta olisi teknisistä ja taloudellisista syistä epätarkoituksenmukaista (Laki julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista 1397/2016, §75). Tarjous tehdään suomen kielellä. Tilaajan ja tarjoajan välinen viestintä tapahtuu suomeksi. Tarjouksen laadinnasta ei makseta palkkiota. Ajoneuvojen leasing- ja huoltopalveluiden ennakoitu arvonlisäveroton kokonaisarvo on 3 800 000 euroa.
