Kemijarven kaupunki (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia vakuutusturvasta ja siihen liittyvistä palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Kaupungin vakuutusturva ja sen laajuus on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Ensimmäinen vakuutuskausi: 1.1.2027-31.12.2027, paitsi työtapaturma- ja ammattitautivakuutukset 1.4.2027 alkaen). Tämän jälkeen vakuutuskausi on kalenterivuosi. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus vakuutuskausien aikana kilpailuttaa vakuutukset uudelleen ja siirtää vakuutukset kilpailutuksen voittajalle. Vakuutukset ovat voimassa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana vuoden kerrallaan.
