Description

Hankinnan kohteena on THL:n hankkimien rokotteiden ja muiden lääketukkukaupan lääkkeiden varastointi- ja jakelupalveluiden tuottaminen. Kilpailutus jakaantuu kahteen osa-alueeseen joita ovat: Osa-alue 1: Rokotteiden ja muiden lääkkeiden varastointi ja jakelu (pääasiallisena kohteena kansallisen rokotusohjelman rokotteet, sisältäen muitakin lääkkeitä) Osa-alue 2: Rokotteiden ja muiden lääkkeiden varastointi ja jakelu eriytetystä varastosta (pääasiallinen kohde influenssarokotteet) Kilpailutuksen perusteella kumpaankin osa-alueeseen valitaan yksi sopimustoimittaja tarjouspyynnön kohdassa "Päätöksenteon perusteet" kuvatulla tavalla. Kummastakin osa-alueesta laaditaan erilliset itsenäiset hankintapäätökset. Tilanteessa, jossa molemmille osa-alueille saataisiin vain yksi tarjous, voidaan molempien osa-alueiden sopimukset tehdä saman toimittajan kanssa. Tavoitteena on, että osa-alueen 2 sopimus tulee voimaan alkukesästä 2025. Osa-alueen 1 sopimus astuu voimaan vuoden 2026 alussa. Hankinnan kohdetta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
