Kokkolan Satama Oy pyytää osallistumishakemustanne tarjouskilpailuun satamanostureiden kuljettajapalveluista 1.1 2027 alkaen viideksi (5) vuodeksi eteenpäin (1.1.2027-31.12.2031) jonka lisäksi tarjouksen tulee sisältää sopimukseen tehtävän option seuraavista viidestä (5) vuodesta (1.1.2032-31.12.2036). Ehdokkaiden on täytettävä hankekuvauksessa esitetyt soveltuvuusvaatimukset sekä ESPD lomakkeella esitetyt soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Mikäli soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttäviä ehdokkaita on enemmän kuin kolme (3), huomioidaan valinnassa pisin kokemus nosturinkuljettajapalvelujen tuottamisesta. Mikäli ehdokkaita on vähemmän kuin kolme, vain soveltuvuusvaatimukset täyttäville ehdokkaille lähetetään tarjouspyyntö. Viimeisen viiden (5) vuoden aikana on Kokkolan Satama Oy:n nostureilla työskennelty keskimäärin vuodessa noin 11 000 tuntia ja käsitelty noin 3 300 000 tonnia bulkkia ja 10 000 konttia ja merkittävä määrä break bulkia, projekteja sekä kappaletavaraa. Nostureiden käyttötunneista on Syväsataman nostureilla työskennelty keskimäärin 4000 tuntia vuosittain viimeisen viiden (5) vuoden aikana. Nosturikuljettajapalveluita tarjoava yritys on Kokkolan Sataman strateginen kumppani, joka toimii päivittäisessä yhteistyössä Kokkolan Satama Oy:n Palvelutuotannon alaisuudessa sekä huoltotöiden osalta teknisen osaston alaisuudessa. Tarjoaja sitoutuu järjestämään Kokkolan Satama Oy:n omistuksessa oleville Syväsatamassa sijaitseville satamanostureille ja lastauskuljettimille kuljettajapalvelut satamaliikenteen edellyttämässä laajuudessa ja Kokkolan Satama Oy:n antamien ohjeiden mukaisesti. Tarjoajan tulee suorittaa lisäksi nostureiden ja kuljettimien huolto- ja kunnossapitotöitä erikseen sovittavassa laajuudessa Kokkolan Sataman kunnossapidon työnjohdon ohjeistuksen mukaan. Edellä mainittujen nosturitöiden lisäksi tarjoajan kanssa voidaan erikseen sopia Kokkolan Satama Oy:n Kanta- ja Hopeakiven satamassa olevilla nostureilla tehtävien töiden laajuudesta.
