Hankinnan kohteena oli XR studiotekniikan hankinta, sekä niihin liittyvät tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Laitteet tulevat Yleisradio Oy:n tiloihin käyttöön Helsingin Pasilassa, Vaasassa ja Tampereella. Hankinnan kohde on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen seuraavasti: 1. XR Solution: - Virtual production solution licenses; - I/O hardware, SMPTE 2110 and SDI desktop video cards; - Support and maintenance services, support and maintenance services available for at least five (5) years under the agreement (referred to as “Services”). 2. Tracking Solution - Tracking hardware unit, consisting of a single, camera-mounted optical tracking unit for marker tracking, and a separate standalone data processing hardware suitable for studio environment use; - Tracking solution licenses; - Support and maintenance services, support and maintenance services available for at least five (5) years under the agreement (referred to as “Services”). Tarjouskilpailusta valittiin yksi (1) toimittaja per osa-alue toimittamaan hankinnan kohteena olevat tuotteet ja palvelut. Kumpikin osa-alue vertaillaan erikseen. Hankinnan kohteena olevan kokonaisuuden on läpäistävä hyväksyntätestaus ja olla tuotantokuntoon toimitettuna 28.2.2026 mennessä. Hankinta kattaa kahden (2) kokonaisuuden toimittamisen per osa-alue, mukaanlukien lisenssit sekä tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Sopimus on voimassa enintään viisi (5) vuotta allekirjoittamisesta.
