Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Tampereen yliopistollisen sairaalan (TAYS) keskussairaalakampuksen ulkoalueiden hoito. Palvelu kattaa sairaalakampuksen piha-, liikenne- ja viheralueet, aluevarusteet sekä muut ulkotilat. Palvelun tarkempi kuvaus ja ehdot on määritelty tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Ulkoalueiden hoito on toteutettu hyvinvointialueen kiinteistöpalveluiden omalla henkilöstöllä, jotka siirtyvät liikkeenluovutuksena palveluntuottajalle osana kilpailutusta. Liikkeenluovutuksesta on kerrottu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Kohteeseen järjestetään pakollinen tutustumiskatselmus 14.7.2026 klo 8. Ilmoittautuminen 13.7.2026 mennessä jukka.virta@pirha.fi. Kilpailutuksesta järjestetään myös vapaaehtoinen infotilaisuus, joka pidetään Teams-kokouksena 14.7.2026 klo 13.
