Hankinnan kohteena on paikkatieto- ja kuntarekisteripalvelualustan hankkiminen Lapinlahden kunnan viranomaiskäyttöön ja julkisen tiedon tuottamiseen kuntalaisten käyttöön, sekä viestintään. Hankinta sisältää lisenssin lisäksi myös järjestelmän käyttökoulutuksen, käyttöönoton ja tukipalvelut. Palvelu hankitaan SaaS -palveluna (Software as a service) ja sen tulee toimia mobiili ja web käyttöympäristössä.
