2M-IT Oy (jäljempänä myös "Hankintayksikkö" tai "Tilaaja") perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) koskien nimettyjen teknologioiden tuottavuustuottavuustyökaluja. Tuottavuustyökaluilla tarkoitetaan yleisesti ohjelmisto- ja pilvipalvelukokonaisuuksia, jotka helpottavat työntekoa ja yhteistyötä. Ne sisältävät esimerkiksi sähköpostin, kalenterin, tiedostojen tallennuksen ja jakamisen sekä tekstinkäsittely-, taulukkolaskenta- ja esitysohjelmat, joita voi käyttää sekä yksin että yhdessä muiden kanssa verkossa. DPS:n kohteena ovat tuottavuustyökalujen lisenssit, käyttöönotto-, tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut sekä asiantuntijapalvelut. Tämän DPS:n hankintayksikkö on 2M-IT Oy. 2M-IT Oy hankkii tämän DPS:n mukaisia kohteita itselleen tai omistaja-asiakkaillensa tuotettaviin palveluihin, jotka nimetään tarkemmin DPS:n sisäisen kilpailutuksen tarjouspyynnössä. Hankittavat kohteet voidaan ottaa käyttöön 2M-IT Oy:n palvelutuotannossa osana yhden tai useamman asiakkaan palveluja. DPS:n mukaiset hankinnat kohdistetaan ensisijaisesti jäljempänä yksilöidyille 2M-IT Oy:n omistaja-asiakkaille. Hankintoja voidaan kuitenkin toteuttaa DPS:n puitteissa myös muiden omistaja-asiakkaiden tarpeisiin. 1. Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue 2. Satakunnan hyvinvointialue 3. Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue 4. Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialue 5. Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue 6. Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue 7. Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue 8. Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän mukaisia tuotteita ja palveluja tarjoavat organisaatiot voivat jättää osallistumishakemuksia dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään koko sen keston ajan. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksytään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ehdokkaille osallistumispyynnössä asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Tässä osa-alueessa voidaan kilpailuttaa Microsoft-tuotteiden lisenssejä, käyttöönotto-, ylläpito- ja tukipalveluita sekä asiantuntijapalveluita.; Tässä osa-alueessa voidaan kilpailuttaa Google-tuotteiden lisenssejä, käyttöönotto-, ylläpito- ja tukipalveluita sekä asiantuntijapalveluita.; Tässä osa-alueessa voidaan kilpailuttaa muilla teknologioilla toteutettujen tuotteiden lisenssejä, käyttöönotto-, ylläpito- ja tukipalveluita sekä asiantuntijapalveluita.
