Description

Hankinnan kohteena on SaaS-palveluna hankittava palkanlaskentajärjestelmäratkaisu, jolla voidaan hoitaa Monetra konsernin hyvinvointialueasiakkuuksien palkanlaskenta ja palvelussuhteen elinkaaren hallinta sen perustamisesta päättymiseen. Hankinnan liiteasiakirjoissa on kuvattu hankintaa tarkemmin. Hankinnan liitteet on esitelty erillisessä liiteasiakirjassa "Monetra E29 2026 Palkanlaskentajärjestelmän hankinta hyvinvointialueille Liiteluettelo". Liiteasiakirjojen nimissä on noudatettu puitesopimuksen ja toimitussopimuksen liitteiden numerointia ja nimiä niiltä osin kuin tarjouksessa palautettavat liitteet tulevat puitesopimuksen tai toimitussopimuksen liitteiksi. Selvyyden vuoksi, tarjouspyynnössä olevien ja tarjoukseen liitettävien täydennettyjen liitteiden tiedostonimiä tai tiedostomuotoja ei ole sallittua muuttaa tarjousta jätettäessä. Excel-muotoisiin liitetiedostoihin ei ole sallittua lisätä, poistaa tai muuttaa rivejä, sarakkeita, välilehtiä, kaavoja tms. taulukon teknisiä elementtejä.
