Description

Hankintayksiköllä ja Front AI Oy:llä on voimassa oleva hankintasopimus Boost.AI chattibottilisenssistä sekä siihen liittyvistä palveluista (VH/4565/02.10.01/2024). Sopimus on kilpailutettu hankintalain 26 §:n mukaisena EU-kynnysarvot ylittävänä tarjouskilpailuna. Alkuperäisen hankintasopimuksen kokonaisarvo tarjouspyynnön mukaisilla hankintamäärillä on sopimuksen tekohetkellä ollut 800 000 euroa (alv 0 %). Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Hankintaan sisältyy lisäksi erillisin tilauksin käyttöönotettavia lisätoiminnallisuuksia. Hankintayksikkö muuttaa hankintasopimusta (VH/4565/02.10.01/2024). Hankintasopimuksenkokonaisarvo on 1 200 000 euroa (alv 0 %) päätöksen tekemisen jälkeen. Hankintayksikkö ottaa erillisenä lisätoiminnallisuutena käyttöön Voicebot-lisätoiminnallisuuden. Lisäksi hankintasopimukselle lisätään turvallisuuden ja varautumisen vaatimukset ja päivitetään toimittajan ylläpitopalvelun kuvaus, palvelutasosanktiot ja laskutusta koskevat ehdot ajantasaiseksi.
