Description

Ruokavirasto uudistaa talous- ja henkilöstösuunnittelun sekä budjetoinnin järjestelmäkokonaisuutta nykyisen budjetointitietojärjestelmän elinkaaren päättyessä vuonna 2026. Hankinnan kohteena oli selainpohjainen valmistietojärjestelmä, joka tukee Ruokaviraston henkilöstösuunnittelu- ja budjetointiprosesseja. Tietojärjestelmä toimitetaan SaaS-palveluna. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset kuvattiin tarkemmin tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tarjouksen tuli täyttää kaikki tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä asetetut vaatimukset, jotta sen voitiin katsoa olevan tarjouspyynnön mukainen. Kilpailutuksen myötä valittiin yksi (1) toimittaja sopimuskaudelle. Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi voimassaolevana. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat olleet arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta.
