Description

Hankinta koskee Satakunnan hyvinvointialueen tarpeisiin hankittavia lukkoasennustarvikkeista sekä näihin liittyviä asennus- ja huoltotöitä. Tarvikkeisiin sisältyvät sähköiset ja mekaaniset lukot, helat, avaimet sekä muut tarvikkeet. Hankittaviin palveluihin kuuluu asennus-, huolto- sekä sarjoitustyöt, lisäksi päivystys 24/7 sekä asiantuntijapalvelut liittyen elektronisten kulkualueiden luomiseen. Hankinnalla on tarkoitus muodostaa kahden toimittajan puitejärjestely, johon valitaan kaksi kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjouksen tehnyttä tarjoajaa. Hankinnan kohteena olevat palvelut tilataan lähtökohtaisesti kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjouksen tehneeltä. Tilanteissa joissa palveluntuottaja ei voi sovitun mukaisesti tarjottua työtä toteuttaa, tilaajalla on oikeus tilata työ järjestyksessä seuraavalta toimittajalta. Sopimusta voivat käyttää hankintayksikön lisäksi sen kulloinkin määräysvallassa olevat tytäryhtiöt. Hankintayksikkö ei kuitenkaan takaa tytäryhtiöiden palvelutarvetta eikä sitoudu siihen, että tytäryhtiöt tekevät hankintoja tämän sopimuksen perusteella. Tilaajilla on oikeus hankkia toimittajalta myös muita kuin tarjouspyynnön "hankinnan kohteen kriteerit" -kohdassa nettohinnoiteltuja tuotteita. Tähän hankintaan eivät sisälly työajanseuranta- ja kulunvalvontajärjestelmät. Urakkakohteet voidaan kilpailuttaa erikseen, tämän hankinnan ulkopuolelta.
