Lahti Energia Oy hankkii uudet kaukolämmön mittalaitteet ja etäluentapalvelut. Lahti Energian tavoitteena on siirtyä kaukolämmön mittauksessa uuteen tiedonsiirtoteknologiaan ja uusiin mittareihin vuosien 2027-2029 aikana. Teknologian suunniteltu käyttöaika ulottuu vähintään vuoteen 2045. Lahti Energia hankkii uudet mittalaitteet, mittalaitteiden asennustyöt sekä asennukseen ja luentaan tarvittavat järjestelmät ja palvelut. Lisäksi hankinnassa on optiona kenttätyökalu, jolla tulee pystyä asentamaan, vaihtamaan ja poistamaan mittareita sekä asennusaikaisista suureista ainakin virtaus ja energia. Hankintakokonaisuuteen sisältyvät Mittarit ja niihin liittyvät lisälaitteet sekä Mittauksen toteuttamiseen tarvittavat palvelut. Hankinta kattaa palveluiden ylläpidon ja käyttöönottoprojektin. Hankintaan sisältyy lisäksi Mittareiden massavaihdon projektin suunnittelu ja hallinta. Toimitus sisältää myös järjestelmään, projektiin ja palveluun liittyvän dokumentaation. Etäluentapalveluun tullaan lisäksi liittämään nykyiset käytössä olevat mittarit, jotka perustuvat uuteen IoT-tiedonsiirtoteknologiaan. Sopimus ei sisällä määräostovelvoitteita, vaan Tilaaja tilaa tuotteita tarpeen mukaan. Täten tässä kilpailutuksessa esitetyistä määristä voidaan poiketa. Tilaaja on pyrkinyt parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla arvioimaan todellisia määriä. Kaikki tilaajalta tuleva tekninen materiaali on suomeksi. Valittavan toimittajan teknisen materiaalin sekä teknisen asiakaspalvelun tulee olla suomenkielistä. Tekninen materiaali toimitetaan neuvottelukierrokselle valituille toimijoille.
