Description

Huittisten kaupungin tekninen palvelukeskus pyytää tarjouksia talvikauden 2026-2027 auraus- ja hiekoitustöiden alueurakoista. Optiona hankinnassa talvikausien 2027-2028 ja 2028-2029 auraus- ja hiekoitustyöt. Option osalta sopimushinnat tarkistetaan maanrakennuskustannusindeksin Katujen ylläpito erillisindeksin (2015=100) mukaisesti. Vertailulukuna käytetään lokakuun 2026 pistelukua, jota verrataan maaliskuun 2027 lukuun. Alle +2 % ja negatiivisia yksikön muutoksia sopimushintoihin ei huomioida. Hintojen muutokset pyöristetään lähimpään sadasosasenttiin tilaajan toimesta. Tarjouksia pyydetään liitteenä olevan karttamateriaalin mukaisesti alueurakoina: 1, 5, 6, 9 ja 10. Lisäksi pyydetään tuntihinnat erikseen tilattaviin talvikunnossapitotöihin (mm. lumenajo ja polanteen puisto) urakka-alueen ulkopuolella. Tuntityöhinnat eivät ole urakka-alueeseen sidottuja eivätkä vaikuta vertailuun. Tilaaja voi teettää tuntitöitä myös urakoitsijoilla, jotka eivät tulleet valituiksi urakkaan. Tilaaja tekee korjaukset pinta-alatietoihin sopimuskauden aikana, jos alueiden pinta-alat muuttuvat. Tilaaja liittää uudet katualueet ja pihat soveltuvaksi katsomaansa urakka-alueeseen. Urakoitsijalla tulee olla töiden alkaessa käytössään riittävä kalusto ja henkilöstö urakoiden suorittamiseen. Pääsääntöisesti riittäväksi kalustoksi ja henkilöstöksi alueurakkaa kohden katsotaan soveltuva auraus- ja hiekoitusyksikkö/t (riippuen kalustosta ja alueesta) ja näille kuljettaja/t ja varahenkilö. Urakka-alueiseen 1 edellytetään tarjoajalta vähintään kahta aurausyksikköä, joista toisen on sovelluttava mm. kapeiden jalkakäytävien kunnossapitoon. Varahenkilö voi olla sama useammassa alueurakassa.
