Description

Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy kilpailuttaa toiminta-alueensa tarpeisiin laboratoriotarvikkeet. Sopimusta tulevat käyttämään lisäksi Fimlabin toiminta-alueella toimivat: Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (Kanta-Hämeen, Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueet, Tays Sydänkeskus Oy ja SK Hankintapalvelut ja Coxa Oy) sekä Keski-Suomen, Päijät-Hämeen ja Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueet. Tavarantilaajien volyymit on huomioitu hankinnan kokonaisvolyymissa. Fimlabin osuus tarvikkeista on noin 65 %, Tuomi Logistiikan noin 20 % (Pirkanmaan ja Kanta-Hämeen hyvinvointialueet, Tays Sydänkeskus Oy, SK Hankintapalvelut ja Coxa Oy), muiden hyvinvointialueiden 5 % /hyvinvointialue. Hankittavien tuotteiden kulutusmäärät perustuvat aikaisempaan yhden vuoden kulutustietoon tai arvioon tulevasta kulutuksesta. Toteutuva kulutus voi poiketa aiemmista kulutuksista tai arvioista. Arvio sopimuskauden hankintamäärästä ei sido Tilaajaa tai Tavarantilaajaa. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen osaan, osa 1 Näytteenottotarvikkeet sisältää osa-alueet 1-24, osa 2 Laboratoriotarvikkeet sisältää osa-alueet 25 - 30 ja osa 3 Verikaasuruiskut osa-alueet 31 -42. Jokaiseen osa-alueeseen valitaan yksi (1) Toimittaja. Kyseessä on Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy:n ja yhden toimittajan (per osa-alue) välinen sopimus. Sopimuksen pituus on kolme vuotta. Sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassaolevana.
