Description

Hankintayksikkö (jäljempänä "HUS-yhtymä") pyytää tarjoustanne haava- ja läpileikkauskalvoista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta koostuu kahdesta (2) tuoteryhmästä: Tuoteryhmä 1. Haavakalvot (Film) Tuoteryhmä 2. Läpileikkauskalvot Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhteen tai kumpaankin tuoteryhmään sekä yhteen tai useampaan tuoteryhmän sisäiseen osa-alueeseen. Tarjouspyynnön mukaisista tarjouksista valitaan kullekin osa-alueelle kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisin tarjous. Kokonaistaloudellisen edullisuuden perusteena käytetään parasta hinta-laatusuhdetta Jokaiseen tuoteryhmän sisäiseen osa-alueeseen valitaan yksi toimittaja. Ks. tarkemmin liite 1 "Kuvaus tarjousten vertailusta". Jokaisen tuotteen toimittajaksi valitaan siten vain yksi toimittaja (ts. ei rinnakkaistuotteita). Tuoteryhmien ja osa-alueiden sisältö on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteenä 2 olevassa sähköisessä luettelossa. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä tuotteita tulevat käyttämään: HUS-yhtymä (HUS), Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue, Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue ja Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue sekä seuraavat HUS-yhtymän omistajajäsenet: Helsingin kaupunki, Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, Keski-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue sekä Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue. Lisäksi Puolustusvoimilla on oikeus tehdä hankintoja tämän sopimuksen perusteella Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena yhden (1) vuoden, minkä jälkeen se on voimassa toistaiseksi.
