Description

Servica Oy kilpailuttaa tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti Insuliinikynäneulat, insuliiniruiskut, insuliinikynät ja verilansetit Itä-Suomen yhteistyöalueen hyvinvointialueille, ISLAB hyvinvointiyhtymälle ja Servica Oy:lle. Tässä hankinnassa mukana olevista osapuolista käytetään jäljempänä lyhennettä "Tilaaja". Tarkemmat tiedot tarjouspyynnön liitteestä Sopimusluonnos. Hankinnan tavoitteena on kilpailutuksen avulla saada valikoimaan tarkoitukseen sopivat ja laadukkaat tuotteet. Tavoitteena on myös, että tuotteiden toimitusvarmuus on hyvä ja tuotteita on saatavilla, kun niitä tarvitaan. Kilpailutettavat kohteet: 1. Insuliinikynäneulat BB05015 / Insuliinikynäneulat turva BB05027 / Insuliiniruiskut neulalla BB05017 2. Insuliinikynäneulat ja ruiskut (OPTIO) 3. Insuliinikynät BB05013 4. Insuliinikynät muistilla ja älykynät 5. Verilansetit BB05020 6. Verilansetit LF02002 Osassa tarjouspyynnön kohteissa on ilmoitettu Sailab Fennica tietokannan mukaiset hierarkiakoodit. Sailab Fennican hierarkiakoodit on tarkoitettu helpottamaan tarjouksen käsittelyä, mutta ne eivät edellytä Tarjoajalta Sailab Fennican jäsenyyttä. Sopimuskauden pituus on kaksi (2) vuotta, jonka jälkeen Sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinnan arvioitu kokonaisarvo arvonlisäverottomasti on laskettu neljälle (4) vuodelle. Hankinnan kohteille ilmoitettu "Hankittava määrä" on arvio hankinnassa mukana olevien Tilaajien yhteenlasketusta yhden (1) vuoden hankintamäärästä. 1. Insuliinikynäneulat BB05015 / Insuliinikynäneulat turva BB05027 / Insuliiniruiskut neulalla BB05017; 3. Insuliinikynät BB05013; 5. Verilansetit BB05020; 2. Insuliinikynäneulat ja ruiskut (OPTIO); 4.
