Description

Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna pyytää tarjouksia kiinteistöjensä ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien (IV-järjestelmien) huollosta ja suodattimien vaihdosta. Hankittavan palvelun sisältö on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnöllä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä "Palvelukuvaus". Tarjottavan palvelun keskeinen sisältö on seuraava: • Ilmanvaihtoventtiilien ja kanaviston puhdistaminen, • ilmansuodattimien vaihto ja puhdistaminen ja • ilmanvaihdon säätäminen Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen. Osa-alueet ovat: 1. Länsi 2. Itä Tilaaja valitsee osa-alueelle 1 yhden (1) toimittajan ja osa-alueessa 2 yhden (1) toimittajan, joiden kanssa se tekee puitesopimukset. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen molempiin osa-alueisiin, mutta voi tulla valituksi vain toiseen osa-alueeseen osa-alueeseen. Osa-alueille valitut toimittajat toimivat toistensa varatoimittajina toisella osa-alueella, eli niiltä voidaan tilata töitä toisen osa-alueen osalta, mikäli kyseisen osa-alueen työmäärä osoittautuu hetkellisesti liian suureksi yhden toimittajan resursseille. Osa-alueisiin kuuluvat kiinteistökohteet on lueteltu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä "KOy Auroranlinna Kiinteistöt Itä" ja "KOy Auroranlinna Kiinteistöt Länsi". Lisäksi tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevassa zip-kansiossa "Asunto- ja kiinteistökohtaiset ilmanvaihdon tiedot"on kerrottu lisätietoja kunkin kohteen ilmanvaihdon tekniikasta. Puitesopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena kaksi (2) vuotta, ellei puitejärjestely lakkaa sitä aiemmin sen johdosta, että puitejärjestelyn enimmäisarvo on saavutettu. Määräaikaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimuskautta vielä enintään kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiolla (1 + 1) tai siihen saakka, kunnes puitejärjestelyn enimmäisarvo on saavutettu. Päätös ensimmäisen optiovuoden käytöstä tehdään viimeistään kaksi (2) kuukautta ennen sopimuskauden päättymistä ja päätös toisen optiovuoden käytöstä tehdään viimeistään kaksi (2) kuukautta ennen ensimmäisen optiovuoden päättymistä. Option käyttämisestä päättäminen on yksinomaan tilaajan harkinnassa. Mikäli osa-alueen tarjouskilpailun voittanut tarjoaja on ryhmittymä, tulee kaikista ryhmittymän jäsenistä sopimuskumppaneita. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta Tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta. Osa-alue "itä" koskee tarjouspyynnön liitteessä KOy Auroranlinna Kiinteistöt Itä lueteltuja kiinteistöjä.; Osa-alue "länsi" koskee tarjouspyynnön liitteessä KOy Auroranlinna Kiinteistöt Länsi lueteltuja kiinteistöjä.
