Helen Oy, the contracting entity, is seeking offers for high-pressure washing and heavy-duty vacuum cleaning services. The procurement covers work performed at Helen's production plants, including heavy-duty vacuuming of fly ash, coal and lime dust, cleaning of heavy oil and similar sludge from channels and tanks, emptying and washing of wells and separators, and high-pressure water washing work at various Helen locations during 2027 and 2028. The contract will be awarded to a single supplier and enters into force at the earliest on 1 January 2027. The procurement includes options for 2029, 2030 and 2031. The preliminary scope is set out in the annexes to the notice.
