Description

Hankinnan kohteena olivat VTT:n Jyväskylän toimipisteen tutkimus- ja laboratoriotilojen mekaaniset asennuspalvelut sekä koelaitteiden huolto- ja kunnossapitopalvelut. VTT:n Jyväskylän toimipisteessä tehdään energiatutkimuksen, kuitutuotevalmistusprosessien ja teollisuusvesien tutkimusta kokeellisessa tutkimusympäristössä. Keskeinen osa tutkimustyöstä liittyy kokeelliseen tutkimustoimintaan. Käytössä olevat laitteet on VTT:n toimesta suunniteltu ja rakennettu erityisesti tutkimuskäyttöön soveltuviksi, joten vastaavia laitteita ei ole kaupallisesti saatavissa. Tutkimustoiminta edellyttää olemassa olevien laitteiden huoltoa ja kunnossapitoa sekä laitteiden muutostöitä uusiin tutkimustarpeisiin soveltuviksi. Lisäksi tarpeita on uusien koelaitteiden rakentamisessa. Kuitutuotevalmistusta tutkitaan laboratorio- ja pilot-mittakaavan laitteilla, kuten esim. koepaperikoneilla. Energiatutkimusta ja sen kehitystoimintaa varten VTT:llä on pilot-koelaitteet. Hankinnan kohde oli kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
