Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Suonenjoen kaupungin talous-, henkilöstö- ja palkkahallinnon palvelukokonaisuus, joka tuotetaan sopimuskaudella kokonaispalveluna. Hankintaan sisältyvät palvelujen tuottamiseen tarvittavat keskeiset tietojärjestelmät ohjelmistopalveluna sekä niihin liittyvät käyttöönoton koulutus-, ohjeistus-, tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Palvelukokonaisuus kattaa taloushallinnon palvelut, palkka- ja henkilöstöhallinnon palvelut, raportoinnin sekä palvelun kehittämisen. Palveluntuottaja vastaa palvelun kokonaisvaltaisesta tuottamisesta, palvelun jatkuvuudesta, järjestelmien toimivuudesta ja ylläpidosta sekä siitä, että palvelu tukee kaupungin talouden seurantaa, raportointia, tiedolla johtamista ja palveluprosessien kehittämistä. Palvelu tulee olla hyväksytysti tuotannossa 1.1.2028 mennessä. Sopimus on voimassa neljä vuotta, jonka jälkeen se on voimassa toistaiseksi.
