Raaseporin kaupungin tekninen keskus pyytää tarjoustanne seuraavien alueiden kiinteistö, - puisto- ja ulkoalueiden hoitotehtävistä. Kyseessä on puitesopimus. Sopimuskausi 1.4.2026- 31.3.2029 (yksi (1) vuoden optio mahdollinen) Alue 1: Bromarv-Tenhola Alue 2: Snappertuna Alue 3: Mustio Alue 4: Pohja-Fiskars Tarjouspyynnön kohteena ovat kiinteistöjen ylläpito, - ja huoltotyöt sekä puistojen ja uimarantojen kunnossapitotyöt. Katujen ja yleisten alueiden talvikunnossapito eivät kuulu urakkaan. Tehtäväkuvaus on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Tilaaja edellyttää, että tarjouksenantaja tutustuu urakka-alueisiin tilaajan edustajan kanssa ennen tarjouksen antamista. Esittelypäivä alue 1, Bromarv- Tenhola, esittely torstaina 29.1.2026 tai sopimuksen mukaan, alkaen kello 9:00. Tapaaminen Tenholan kirjaston paikoitusalueella, Pitäjäntie 12, 10520 Tenhola. Esittelypäivä alue 2, Snappertuna, esittely torstaina 29.1.2026 tai sopimuksen mukaan, alkaen kello 13:30. Tapaaminen Snappertunan alakoulun pihalla Esittelypäivä alue 3, Mustio, esittely perjantaina 30.1.2026 tai sopimuksen mukaan alkaen kello 9:00. Tapaaminen Askersin koulukeskuksen pihalla. Esittelypäivä alue 4, Pohja-Fiskars, esittely keskiviikkona 4.2.2026 tai sopimuksen mukaan alkaen kello 13:00. Tapaaminen Fiskarsin päiväkodin pihalla. Tarjouksen voi antaa kaikista alueista tai valita alueet vapaasti. Osa-alue 1; Osa-alue 2; Osa-alue 3; Osa-alue 4
