Ulkoalueiden hoito ja kiinteistöpäivystys osa 1 Lappeenranta - Ylämaa ja osa 2 Joutseno - Nuijamaa. Lappeenrannan seurakuntayhtymän kiinteistöhoito suorittaa kohteiden teknisen hoidon ja kiinteistöpäivystyksen työpäivinä maanantaista torstaihin klo 7.00 - 15.30 ja perjantaisin klo 7.00 - 13.45. Kiinteistöpäivystys tapahtuu tämän ajan ulkopuolella. Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta sopimuskauden alkamispäivästä lukien. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) kerrallaan yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiolla varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymisestä lukien. Tilaajan kiinteistöhallinnan ohjelmistona käytetään Granlund Manager -järjestelmää. Ulkoalueiden hoito ja kiinteistöpäivystys osa 1 Lappeenranta - Ylämaa; Ulkoalueiden hoito ja kiinteistöpäivystys osa 2 Joutseno - Nuijamaa.
