Description

Hankinnan kohteena on PRH:n kielikoulutuspalvelut. Kielikoulutus toteutetaan lähtökohtaisesti lähiopetuksena, mutta Toimittajalla tulee olla valmiudet järjestää opetus myös etäyhteyden välityksellä. Kielikoulutuksen kohderyhmänä on PRH:n henkilöstö, johon kuuluu monipuolisesti eri alojen asiantuntijoita ja toimistohenkilöstöä. Tavoitteena on ylläpitää ja kehittää henkilöstön työssä ja työtehtävissä tarvittavaa kielitaitoa sekä antaa valmiudet tehokkaaseen ja varmaan viestintään erilaisissa työtilanteissa ja kansainvälisessä yhteistyössä. Kielikoulutus suunnitellaan ja toteutetaan tarvelähtöisesti kaksi (2) kertaa vuodessa. Kielikoulutuspalvelut järjestetään yhteistyössä Toimittajan kanssa. Toimittaja vastaa kielikoulutuksen suunnittelusta ja toteutuksesta. Hankinta koostuu englannin, ruotsin, saksan, ranskan ja kiinan eritasoisista (Eurooppalainen viitekehys Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) kielikursseista. PRH pidättää itselleen oikeuden hankkia Toimittajalta muitakin kielikoulutuspalveluita kuin edellä mainittuja kieliä. MARKKINAVUOROPUHELUUN ILMOITTAUTUMINEN Huomioittehan, että tämä ilmoitus on ennakkotietoilmoitus. Tällä ilmoituksella ei pyydetä tarjouksia. Ennakkotietoilmoitukseen liittyy kutsu markkinakartoitukseen, jolloin hankinnasta kiinnostuneilla toimijoilla on mahdollisuus käydä hankintaa koskevaa markkinavuoropuhelua hankintayksikön kanssa. Markkinavuoropuhelun tarkoituksena on käydä yleisellä tasolla keskustelua hankinnan kohteesta ja sen määrittämisestä. Markkinavuoropuhelu ei sido hankintayksikköä toteuttamaan hankintaa. Markkinavuoropuhelu ei myöskään sido hankinnasta kiinnostunutta toimittajaa mahdolliseen myöhemmin toteutettavaan tarjouskilpailuun osallistumiseen. Hankinnasta kiinnostuneita toimittajia pyydetään ilmoittamaan yhteystietonsa oheisella Forms-lomakkeella 24.9.2025 klo 12.00 mennessä: https://forms.office.com/e/zKxgqs4vHT Hankinnasta kiinnostuneille toimittajille on tarkoituksena toimittaa sähköpostitse hankintaan liittyvää luonnosmateriaalia kirjallisesti kommentoitavaksi arviolta viikon 39 loppupuolella. Ennakkotietoilmoituksessa esitetty hankinnan kuvaus ja muut tiedot ovat alustavia ja suuntaa antavia ennakkotietoja. Markkinakartoitukseen osallistuneille ei makseta korvausta markkinavuoropuheluun osallistumisesta. Hansel Oy toimii hankinnassa konsultoivassa roolissa.
