Description

Eurajoen kunta hakee kuljetuspalveluja esi- ja perusopetuksen sekä lukiokoulutuksen oppilaille erikseen nimetyillä reiteillä lukuvuosille 2026-2027 ja 2027-2028 ajalle 1.8.2026 - 31.7.2028. Optioina ovat lukuvuodet 2028-2029 ja 2029-2030, joiden käyttöönotosta päättää tilaaja. Oppilaskuljetukset alkavat ja päättyvät lukuvuosittain Eurajoen kunnan sivistyslautakunnan päättäminä aikoina. Lukuvuosi 2026-2027 alkaa 11.8.2026. Tarjouksen voi antaa yhdestä tai useammasta osa-alueesta. Kuljetusreitit ja -määrät ovat alustavia ja ne on esitetty tämänhetkisen tiedon mukaisina. Koulukuljetusten reitit ja suoritteet tarkistetaan elokuun alkupuolella, kun on käytettävissä lopulliset tiedot oppilaista ja kuljetusajoista. Tarkistukset tehdään tilaajan ja valittujen sopimuskumppaneiden kanssa yhteistyössä. Tilaaja hyväksyy lopulliset reittisuunnitelmat ja aikataulut. Hinnoittelu Tarjoushinnat annetaan osa-alueittain, hankinnan kohteen kriteerit -kohdassa pyydetyllä tavalla. Kilpailuttaminen kaikilla osa-alueillaperustuu kunkin reitin osalta liikennöitsijän ilmoittamaan reittikohtaiseen hintaan €/km (alv 0 %). Kukin reitti ajetaan iltapäivisin päinvastaisessa järjestyksessä. Vain toteutuneet kilometrit maksetaan. Mahdollinen pandemia tai muu keskeytys koulun toimintaan keskeyttää myös tarpeen koulukuljetusliikenteeseen. Tilaaja pidättää itsellään oikeuden reittien muutokseen jaksojärjestelmästä, lukukauden vaihtumisesta, lukujärjestyksen tai oppilasmäärien muutoksesta tms. johtuen. Ennen muutoksista tehtävää päätöstä neuvotellaan palveluntuottajan kanssa. Lukujärjestyksistä ym. muista seikoista johtuvat päivittäiset muutokset palveluntuottaja ottaa huomioon kunkin kohteen kuljetuksessa. Päävastuu reitin ja aikataulujen toimivuudesta ja täsmällisyydestä kuuluu palveluntuottajalle. Optiot Hankintaan sisältyy kaikille reiteille optiokaudet 1+1 (lukuvuodet 2028-2029 ja 2029-2030). Option käytöstä päättää Eurajoen kunnan sivistyslautakunta. Kutakin reittiä erikseen koskevan option käytöstä ilmoitetaan hyvissä ajoin toimittajalle.
