Hankinta toteutetaan Puolustusvoimien ja Puolustuskiinteistöjen yhteishankintana. Tarjouskilpailun perusteella muodostetaan neljä (4) vuotta voimassa oleva puitejärjestely, johon valitaan yksi puitesopimustoimittaja. Tavoitteena on saada puitejärjestely voimaan 1.4.2026. Hankintaan osallistuvat organisaatiot solmivat valitun toimittajan kanssa erilliset sopimukset, jotka tulevat hankintaan osallistuvien organisaatioiden kaikkien hallintoyksiköiden, toimipisteiden tai vastaavien käyttöön (ks. jäljempänä "Hankintayksikön esittely"). Palvelut tuotetaan hankintaan osallistuvien organisaatioiden hallintoyksiköiden erikseen tekemien tilausten perusteella.
