Description

Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut kilpailutti siivousaineiden ja -tarvikkeiden, keittiöaineiden sekä pehmopaperien sekä jätesäkkien hankinnan sopimuskaudelle 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028 + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Sopimus jatkuu yhdellä (1) vuodella ajalle 01.01.2029 - 31.12.2029, ellei Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut irtisano sopimusta päättymään sopimuskauden loppuun. Jos sopimus irtisanotaan, se tehdään viimeistään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen sopimuskauden päättymistä kirjallisesti. Mikäli sopimus jatkuu, sovelletaan optiokaudella hankintasopimusta entisin ehdoin, sen mukaisesti kuin ne ovat voimassa sopimuskauden päättyessä. Tarjouksen jättäessään ja allekirjoittaessaan hankintasopimuksen sopimustoimittaja sitoutuu omalta osaltaan siihen, että sopimus jatkuu mainitun määräajan, mikäli Savonlinnan kaupungin hankintapalvelut niin haluaa. Sopimuksessa ovat mukana seuraavat tahot: - Enonkosken kunta - Savonlinnan seurakunta - Savonlinnan Vuokratalot Oy - Savonlinnan kaupunki - Tanhuvaaran Säätiö Hankintamalli on yhden (1) toimittajan puitejärjestely, jossa tilaajat tulevat tekemään tilaukset suoraan valitulta toimittajalta. Kohdetta koskevat vaatimukset on esitetty tarkemmin jäljempänä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
