Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Adoben käyttöoikeuksien jakelu- ja hallintapalvelu solmittavan hankintasopimuksen mukaisesti. Jakelu- ja hallintapalvelussa Toimittaja tarjoaa Adoben ohjelmistotuotteiden jakelukanavat ja sopimuksen mukaiset muut palvelut Tilaajalle perustuen Tilaajan ja tämän Asiakkaiden käyttämiin osto-ohjelmiin. Käytössä ovat hallinnon- ja sivistyspuolen VIP Marketplace- osto-ohjelmat (GOV ja EDU). Tilaajalla on oikeus valita ja vaihtaa osto-ohjelmaa sopimuskaudella, mikäli se nähdään tarpeelliseksi. Toimittaja sitoutuu jälleenmyymään käyttöoikeuksia Tilaajan valitsemilla osto-ohjelmilla, joista voidaan sopia sopimuksen voimassaoloaikana siten, että osto-ohjelma alkaa ennen sopimuksen päättymistä. Toimittajalta vaaditaan Adobe Platinum- tai vähintään Gold Certified Reseller-status sekä oikeus jälleenmyydä tuotteita GOV- ja EDU -asiakasryhmille. Tilaajalla on tällä hetkellä käytössä Adoben VIP Marketplace -osto-ohjelmaan kuuluvia ohjelmistolisenssejä, joten erikoisosaaminen VIP Marketplace osto-ohjelmasta on myös hankinnan kohteeseen liittyvä perusvaatimus. Käyttöoikeuksien voimassaolo on tulossa loppuun hallintopuolen osalta 17.3.2026 ja EDU-puolen osalta 7.6.2026, minkä takia Tilaaja kilpailuttaa Adobe -tuotteiden käyttöoikeuksille uuden jälleenmyyjän. Tarjouskilpailun perusteella valitaan yksi (1) sopimuskumppani, jonka kanssa sopimus solmitaan. Kiinteä sopimuskausi on voimassa kolme (3) vuotta, minkä jälkeen sopimus voi jatkua toistaiseksi voimassaolevana sovituin irtisanomisehdoin.
