Jyväskylän kaupunki (Tilapalvelu liikelaitos ja kaikki toimialat), Jyväskylän Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (JAMK), Kiinteistö Oy Tikkakosken Terveysasema, Kiinteistö Oy Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo muodostavat hankintarenkaan ja kilpailuttavat pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelun puitejärjestelyn tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti ajalle 2027 ja 2028 sekä optiot vuosille 2029 ja 2030. Tarjouspyynnössä on kaksi osa-aluetta, joista laaditaan omat sopimuksensa. Tarjoaja voi tarjota molempia osa-alueita tai yhtä osa-aluetta. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen molempiin osa-alueisiin, mutta voi tulla valituksi vain toiseen. Jos tarjoaja tulee valituksi molempiin osa-alueisiin, sillä on oikeus valita, kumpaan osa-alueeseen se osallistuu. Osa-alueet ovat tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnöllä. Kyseessä on 8 palveluntuottajan puitejärjestely pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelusta. Osa-alueeseen 1 valitaan neljä (4) palveluntuottajaa. Osa-alueeseen 2 valitaan neljä (4) palveluntuottajaa. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo sopimuskaudelle on yhteensä 2 500 0000 euroa. Hankinnan enimmäisarvo sopimuskaudelle on yhteensä 2 700 000 euroa. Enimmäisarvo sisältä varauksen sopimuskauden aikana ennakolta vaikeasti arvioitaviin hankintatarpeisiin, joiden laajuutta ei voida hankintaa käynnistettäessä luotettavasti arvioida. Enimmäisarvo ei kuvaa hankintayksikön sitoutumista hankintamäärään, vaan hankinnan suurinta mahdollista arvoa sopimuskaudella. Jos enimmäisarvo on saavutettu ennen määräaikaisen sopimuksen tai mahdollisesti käyttöön otetun optiokauden päättymisaikaa, puitejärjestely päättyy. Toimittajalla ei tällöin ole mitään vaatimuksia Tilaajaa kohtaan. Hankinnasta on järjestetty markkinavuoropuhelu 14.8.2026-6.9.2026. Osa-alue 1 sisältää investointihankkeiden uudisrakennusten ja peruskorjausten rakennussuunnittelun, viitesuunnitelmat, hankesuunnitelmat ja tontinkäyttösuunnitelmat. Suunnittelutehtävissä painottuu koulu- ja päiväkotirakennusten pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelutehtävät. Hankinnat tehdään puitesopimuksen luvun 4. Puitejärjestely mukaisesti.; Kunnossapidon pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelun tehtäviin kuuluu enintään 60 000 euron työt, joihin sisältyvät vuosikorjausten ja pienten perusparannusten sekä muiden vastaavien pienten korjausten suunnittelutyöt. Suunnittelutöissä korostuvat yleensä nopea reagointi sekä suunnittelijan mahdollisuus saapua työmaalle tai kiinteistölle lyhyellä varoitusajalla. Enintään 60 000 euron arvoiset hankinnat tehdään puitesopimuksen luvun 4. Puitejärjestely mukaisesti.
