L'Université de Genève souhaite mettre en place une plateforme logicielle intégrée permettant de gérer de manière unifiée l'ensemble des fonctions liées au patrimoine immobilier : référentiel des actifs, gestion des espaces, maintenance des équipements, services aux occupants et pilotage énergétique. L'objectif est de disposer d'un outil structurant permettant d'accompagner l'évolution du campus (~70 bâtiments, ~220 000 m², 8 sites), d'optimiser l'utilisation des ressources et de soutenir la durabilité environnementale. Le présent appel d'offres comprend deux lots conduits simultanément Acquisition d'une solution logicielle de gestion du facility management (licences et prestations d'implémentation), déployée en trois phases successives sur la période 2026-2029. La solution couvre cinq domaines fonctionnels : patrimoine immobilier, maintenance, espaces et réservation, finance, énergie et durabilité. Elle est destinée aux collaborateurs DiBAT, à l'ensemble des collaborateurs UNIGE et, pour certains modules, aux étudiants.; Acquisition de licences d'une solution logicielle SaaS constituant le socle numérique structuré des données et documents bâtimentaires de l'UNIGE et de l'OCBA. Ce marché porte exclusivement sur les licences et la maintenance/support éditeur ; l'intégration, la migration et le paramétrage sont réalisés en interne par l'UNIGE.
