Description

Le projet N12.76 MP-220005 Upn.Riaz-Ecuvillens concerne l’entretien du tronçon de l’autoroute N12 entre Riaz et Ecuvillens (environ 16,7 km, du km 26.9 au km 43.6), mis en service entre les années 1971 à 1981. Les inspections ont mis en évidence un vieillissement généralisé des structures (chaussées, ponts, tunnels et équipements) et des besoins d’assainissement ciblés afin de garantir la sécurité, la durabilité et la fonctionnalité de l’infrastructure. L’objectif principal du projet est de maintenir la substance des ouvrages et équipements tout en limitant les interventions au strict nécessaire. Il ne vise aucune modification géométrique majeure ni amélioration de capacité. Les interventions prévues concernent principalement les assainissements des chaussées et ouvrages d’art, le remplacement des dispositifs de retenue et de signalisation, ainsi que la réhabilitation des tranchées couvertes de Gumefens et d’Avry-devant-Pont et éventuellement des batteries BSA. Les aspects environnementaux, de gestion des eaux et de protection incendie seront également réévalués selon les priorités et les standards actuels de l’OFROU. Il s’agit d’un projet d’entretien qui comporte certains aménagements qui feront l’objet d’une procédure fédérale d’approbation des plans. Le projet intégrera de manière ciblée la méthodologie BIM (Building Information Modeling) selon une approche openBIM, et utilisera une plateforme de collaboration CDE BIM. Le présent marché porte sur les prestations de BAMO/DGT de la phase AP - Projet définitif (aménagement) et de la phase MK - Concept d’intervention (entretien) à la mise en service, achèvement.
